Buying Trackex
Trackex is available on Whop, with a base price of $2.99 USD once, with no recurring subscription and up to two device activations. Whop shows the checkout currency and actual total, including any applicable tax or conversion charges, before payment. Whop handles card details and receipt email; eligible buyers retrieve their key and installer on the authenticated Trackex key page. Sandbox test keys are not sold as live licenses.
Refund and support requests
Use Whop’s order and seller-contact channels for refund or support requests. No blanket no-refund policy is imposed here. Applicable mandatory rights and Whop’s relevant terms still apply. Keep your license key private and include your order reference when asking about a purchase.
Checkout and delivery
Payment happens on Whop, not this website. After successful payment, Whop redirects you to the Trackex account page. Sign in with the same Whop account used to buy Trackex; your verified purchase unlocks the key and Windows installer. Your receipt email is separate from key delivery.
Licensing after refunds
A completed full refund revokes its production license. Current builds receive signed license status through silent daily verification; a confirmed signed revocation locks the app. A saved certificate permits up to 7 days offline after successful verification, then a connection is required. Server outages do not revoke a valid certificate. Earlier permanent-offline builds cannot be remotely forced to update; technical limitations are not a reason to deny a refund or override consumer rights.
